CFSOMD Transparency and Public Availability Policy

The Community Foundation of Southern Maryland will make available for public inspection its tax documents, including Internal Revenue Service Forms 990,990-T (if and when filed), and audited financial statements. Individuals can request these documents in person, in writing or by email and copies will be provided within 30 days of request. The requestor will be charged a reasonable fee for the cost of the copying, plus postage.

Questions concerning the documents should be addressed to either the Executive Director or Chairman of the Board of the Community Foundation of Southern Maryland and mailed to P.O. Box 716 Charlotte Hall, MD 20622.
